The Building Board of Appeals Commission meets the third Thursday of every month (unless otherwise rescheduled due to a holiday) at 5:30pm in the City Council Chambers at Dearborn City Hall located at 13615 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, Michigan, 48126.

The Building Board of Appeals shall hear, review, decide and determine matters from building, mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, fire and property maintenance codes.

The Building Board of Appeals is a nine-member board appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council.
