that appear after the list. We will automatically update this list monthly.

Call 313.943.2118 and request an unclaimed property affidavit
from the Finance Department or Stop by the Finance Department, 3rd floor
of the West Annex of City Hall, between the hours of 8a.m. and 5p.m.,
Monday through Friday and request an affidavit.
Return the Affidavit
Have the affidavit notarized and send it back to:

Drop off the affidavit at the Finance Department
between the hours of 8a.m. and 5p.m., Monday through Friday and have
it notarized for free. Your Driver' License or State Identification
Card is required for notarizing.
When the Finance Department receives the notarized, clearly
filled out affidavit, proper steps will be taken to issue a check. These
steps usually take 1 to 2 weeks, and then the check is mailed to the
address on the affidavit.
The City of Dearborn and the State of Michigan both
have unclaimed fund lists. To find out if the State of Michigan has
