OUTDOOR POOLS OPEN

Dearborn's outdoor pool season begins May 24 with the opening of Dunworth and Ford Woods Pools.

Both pools will be open weekdays from 4-7 and weekends from noon to 6 p.m. through June 13. Open swimming will be offered weekdays from 1-8 p.m. and weekends from noon to 8 p.m. at Dunworth June 14-19 and June 23-August 17 and daily at Ford Woods from noon to 6 p.m. June 14-August 17.

Dunworth Pool will host the U.S.S. Swim Meet June 20-22 and will be closed for opening swimming. Spectators, however, are welcomed. Both Dunworth and Ford Woods Pools will feature open swimming weekdays from 4-7 p.m. and weekends from noon to 6 p.m. from August 18 through September 1.

Dearborn's other six outdoor pools--Crowley, Hemlock, Lapeer, Ten Eyck, Summer-Stephens and Whitmore-Bolles--will host open swimming daily from 1-6 p.m. from June 14 through August 17. This schedule is tentative and subject to change.
