Payment Options Offered by the City of Dearborn Treasury
- You may pay property taxes and/or water bills via ACH Debit (Automated Clearing House), which is a direct withdrawal by the City of Dearborn from your bank account. This payment option is free and the program specifics are listed on the forms. Complete the forms and send them to the address below.
- Tax ACH application forms may be accessed via the Online Forms and Links drop down menu from the City's Homepage under Treasury and at the office).
- Water ACH application forms may be accessed via the Online Forms and Links drop down menu from the City's Homepage under DPW. If you do not own the property you will need to create an account in order to access tax information for a $2 fee.
- You may pay property taxes, miscellaneous invoices, special assessment bills and delinquent personal property taxes online by clicking here. This service is free to City of Dearborn property owners who Create an Account and register their parcels.
If you pay with a credit or debit card, there is a 3 percent convenience fee charged on the transaction amount. If you pay by e-check, there is a $3.00 convenience fee charged.

- You may use the 24 hour payment drop box located in the parking lot off John Nagy Drive near the south east corner behind City Hall. Place your bill and check (no cash please) in a sealed envelope and place it in the secure payment box. Drop box payments are picked up weekdays, Monday through Friday, at 8:00 a.m.
- If you are inside City Hall, there is another check payment drop box located to the east (left) of the cashier counters in the Treasury concourse area. Envelopes are provided for your convenience.
When you use the mail or drop box payment options, your canceled check will serve as your receipt.

If you are in City Hall looking for tax information, Treasury has a self-serve public computer located to the east (left) of the cashier counters in the Treasury concourse area.
From home you may obtain online information by clicking here. If you own property in the City of Dearborn, you will need to create an account in order to access tax information for free.
