The City of Dearborn embraces the Film Friendly initiative launched by the State of Michigan. Michigan offers a film incentive of up to 42% of the amount of a production company's expenditures. In addition, because the state designated Dearborn, located within Wayne County, a "Core" community - your film production company may be eligible to receive an additional two percent incentive for filming in our city.
