Homecoming Main Stage Entertainment

Uptown Girls and “piano men” alike will be thrilled to see “Big Shot with Michael DelGuidice--the Ultimate Billy Joel Experience,” headlining this year’s Homecoming festival August 6-8.
On Saturday, Aug. 7, from 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., the band will be rocking out everyone’s favorite Billy Joel songs on the Main Stage at

Featuring the remarkable vocals and piano of Michael DelGuidice, this talented band treats audiences to uncanny Billy Joel impersonations as well as music by the Beatles, Elton John and many others.
Front man Michael DelGuidice has played with Billy Joel himself, as well as being featured in Joel’s Broadway musical, Movin Out. He has also shared the stage with Donna Summer, Roger Daltrey and many others. For more, see www.bigshottributeband.com/home.htm
There is great musical entertainment all three days of Homecoming on three stages: the Main Stage, Stage B and the Food Court Stage.
Starting off the Main Stage festivities on Friday will be Horizon, backed by the Two and a Half Deep Band. This popular Motown review will be jamming out from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and promises to have everyone at Ford Field up and dancing the night away.
Finishing up the eclectic musical weekend on Sunday will be
Playing all of their hits, including “Moments,” “I Should be Sleeping,” and “Fall Into Me”, they take the Main Stage at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday and will play until 10 p.m. Their explosive, on-stage energy will be the perfect lead-in to Sunday night’s fireworks display. For more, see emersondrive.com.
On Stage B, audiences can hear local favorites The Bomb Squad from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday night, and on Sunday, Fifty Amp Fuse will play from 6-8 p.m.
