Dearborn Mayor John B. O’Reilly, Jr. delivered his State of the City Address March 10, during which he talked about the tough challenges the City faces and the difficult steps that must be taken to ensure Dearborn’s future stays bright. He also reminded people that Dearborn has overcome economic downturns before, based on the great strength of the community, and the City will do so again. He used an example of the 1983 State of the City to illustrate the point.
