Residents are encouraged to pay water bills By mail or automatic payment program. Dearborn residents are encouraged to use either of two convenient, time-saving methods to pay their water bills, instead of paying their bills in person at the Treasurer’s Office of City Hall:

• BY MAIL – Residents can mail their bills to: City of Dearborn - Water, Dept. 3101, P.O. Box 30516, Lansing, MI 48909-8016. Checks should be made payable to City of Dearborn.
• AUTOMATIC PAYMENT – This program allows water bill payments to be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. The application form to join the program can be printed here, or call 943-2307 for further assistance.
