Summer favorite event – Camp Dearborn’s
Beach Bash – is Saturday, June 28
The public is invited to take part in an annual summer tradition
– Camp Dearborn’s Beach Bash. It happens from 6-10:30
p.m. on Saturday, June 28.
Camp Dearborn is a 600-acre recreational facility owned by the City
of Dearborn that’s located in Milford and open to the public.
Its address is 1700 General Motors Road, Milford.
The Beach Bash is an evening on Camp Dearborn’s main beach,
featuring live musical entertainment and a fireworks display at dusk.
Performing this year from 6-10 p.m. will be 80s Inc. The fireworks
display will follow the concert.
The Camp Dearborn canteen will be open, with food available for purchase.
Additionally, food vendors will be selling food on the main beach.
Besides the Beach Bash, Camp Dearborn visitors can enjoy lake swimming,
paddle boat rentals, fishing, picnic sites and more.
Admission to Camp Dearborn is $4 per car for residents of Dearborn
or Milford, and $6 per car for non-residents of Dearborn or Milford.
Please note on June 28, the rates increase at 5 p.m. to $8 per car
for residents of Dearborn or Milford and $10 per car for non-residents
of Dearborn or Milford.
